The Quinta’s resort masterplan includes land plots for villas overlooking, both the sea and the golf course and also a number of residential estate projects. Other tourist, sporting and leisure facilities, including a five star Golf Resort Hotel. A Health Spa and Racquet Club and outdoor sports facility areas are also planned for the future.
The Quinta already has a fully operational equestrian centre, located in a total area of 20 hectares in the heart of the estate, which has been in operation for over 70 years. The centre provides accommodation for 230 horses in addition to various indoor and outdoor riding arenas, and various ride-outs throughout the idyllic terrain of the Quinta.
